8:05-9:05 AM : Yoga Philosophy, Buddhist Philosophy

10:30- 11:30 AM: Breathing and Meditation
11:45 AM – 1:45 PM : Postures
2:00-3:00 PM: Lunch (Organic Vegetarian Meal)

5:00-6:00 PM : Asanas and Pranayams (Postures and Breathing Techniques)
